Babypass test results are easily understood by consumers without a scientific background, but you can still get more value out of your tests by consulting a professional healthcare provider on our platform.
You have the option to share your result with your doctor and/or nutritionist and get professional guidance. You may also work with a health coach to implement and manages dietary and lifestyle changes on a regular basis.

How do I know which package suits me?
Our thoughtfully-designed services are packaged to suit your specific needs, depending on your current life stage. If you are unsure, feel free to try out the Essential Care package for a single test, or get in touch with us through the customer service function in the app, if you’d like help to decide.
How often will I be charged and how often I will get my test package?
Only for as often as you opt for a test. A one-time fee will be charged upon confirmation of your first package order. No subscription fee is involved. If you would like to purchase additional packages, simply place a new order through the app.
When can I expect to see results?
Your personalised results will be available 4-6 weeks after we have received your sample.
How often do I need to be tested for?
Frequent monitoring of your gut microbiome can dramatically improve your health as you make lifestyle and dietary adjustments. We recommend doing a test every 8-12 weeks, though you can also opt to increase the test frequency to take place on a monthly basis. Frequent testing is important for individuals with more dynamic microbiome, such as pregnant women and infants.
